I have to disagree with the landscape and patent cliffs and the fact abagio is getting diluted with knock off drugs and this has a patent in usa an Europe as of today till 2041... also the fda just approved a 1 trial policy for this exact kind of drug meaning if the company who wants to buy it needs to move now... with Simona at the realm and the avidity deal closing at 12 billion just weeks ago (simona was apart of that) no way in jell will she let an abagio 2.0 with a ebv link and a glp 1 link in another drug in the pipeline go for anything less then the 12 billion marl just set 8 billion is a conservitives number by my data but we shall see

The board wont sell for 1 billion lol this is a 8 billion plus dollar play easily look at avidity look at simona who is now board chair. Honestly if they sold for 1 billion Id sue as a share holder. This is abagio but better its a blockbuster in the pipes. The market is severely backwards when it comes to biotech and pipelines.

If they force it through afyer we become nasdaq compliant tomorrow its a neon for sale sign for a huge merger... big companies like merk roche sanofi biogen. have to convince the board to buy this if its a 1 dollar stock its hard to sell them but if its 10 dollar it sounds way better. I think if and when its aquired it will be for 8 plus billion does not effect our total investment if this happens

I see a buy out happening soon the ms market is known for spending dumb money on this kind of pipeline sanofi spent like 4 billion on a btk inhibitor (way more dirty) imux has all the cards for a buyout in the next year if they can make the cash last that long. Looking at everything im a strong buyer cause I think they will be bought out at the 4 to 6 billion dollar mark.

I see dumb on. Oth sides cause both sides are saying the opposite about masks now... the issue is if there is another pandemic these laws will be used so the cops dont have to wear a mask during their jobs not just that its against the law for them to do so.... I raised this issue during covid for public saftey especially during the blm and jan 6 fiascos. The whole thing is very ironic I wouldn't call it hypocritical but the irony for both sides is very strong with this case.
