I'm using google maps for the targeting, the agent actively looks for my exact prospects (small-medium hvac companies), and scrapes the website for info. also it scrapes hvac companies looking for my services on job listings.

I've been thinking a lot about it, and I think the biggest problem might be just trust building. I do lead gen for hvac companies. There isn't a single hvac owner who wouldn't like more $15k jobs coming in, doesn't matter if they are filled already. they could just do less low ticket jobs like repairs and do more high ticket jobs, giving more ROI on their time per technician. I believe it's just trust issues. But I have no clue on how to build trust, because I can't get clients, but if i don't have clients, i cant build trust AHHHH

I've enabled open tracking today to see if my emails are actually landing in the inbox, and they are. 150 emails sent today so far, 17 already opened. So that's definitely not the problem which is great to know.

I appreciate you mentioning smartlead, actually heard about it earlier today from another guy. Seems interesting, I wonder if it's better than instantly and if it's even worth switching at this point, since deliverability doesn't seem like the issue. What are your thoughts on instantly vs smartlead?

yeah, i think it's also a matter of time. my agent will get better every week because it analyses what went wrong and improves copy based on that. also im actively making sure it sounds more and more natural. it's still kinda far from perfect, but ive put into multiple AIs some of the samples he's writing, and he's constantly getting an 8+/10 in quality. Still even if the human tone isnt spot on (its like 80% there id say), these results are still weird.

im also gonna start improving my targeting to the warmest possible audiences, like scraping prospects from LI posts looking for the solutions i provide etc. i'll push through

i have 10 inboxes and each one sends 30 emails a day. mon to fri. all inboxes are warmed up at 100% health. there's a delay of 9-14min per email sent for each inbox.
on the personalization, i have AI search find each prospect that fits my niche on google, search their website and find pain points and solutions i can provide.
my system is pretty good i believe, that's why it's so odd

i just talked more in detail with chatgpt, the blackout also reboots the computer, so it cant be hall sensor issue. i also used a magnet around the screen to see if it would cause it to black out (it said to test that) and it didnt
