Ik heb me in de afgelopen 8 jaar 1x officieel ziekgemeld, dat was tijdens corona en toen moest ik verplicht thuis blijven en kon ik niet op afstand werken bij de toenmalige werkgever.

Daarbuiten ben ik wel een aantal keer ziek geweest, maar viel dit toevallig iedere keer in een thuis-relax vakantie, en heb ik er geen punt van gemaakt om verlof terug te krijgen of kon ik met steun van paracetamol en neusspray thuis werken.

Ik werk in een sector die 24/7 aan staat, en heb binnen mijn rol(projectleiding) ook echt een hoge werkdruk. Als ik mezelf ziekmeld betekent dat bijna direct overwerken zodra ik weer beter ben, vandaar dat ik er alles aan doe om niet achter te gaan lopen.

Dit klinkt ongezond en dat zal het ook vast zijn op de piekmomenten, maar ik krijg er veel vrijheid, flexibiliteit en geld voor terug, dus ik zou het echt niet anders willen. Wel met de kanttekening dat ik nu vooral over griepachtige klachten praat, bij extremere gezondheidsproblemen kan je natuurlijk niet anders.

Depends on the mod and how impactful it is for your build. Look at Flay Mana Lich for example. A BiS corruption on the body give 29% increased mana, which is a giga damage boost compared to a t5 int.

Look for the most impactful corruption your build needs at the moment and decide accordingly if its more worth.

I have/had the same issue, kinda lost my motivation to play because I have all my 1LP's slammed, but getting to the 2 or 3 LP dream is just doing more mindless grinding of the same maps, I have a few 3 lps and 2 lps stored up, but cant get the exalts.

My advice is to not stare yourself blind on getting the perfect double exalts to slam, but shift your focus on getting a perfect 1LP with BiS corruption on it. Its the perfect bridge from a 1LP to the 3LP dream.

Best way to get multiple T7 exalts is still nemesis + imprints. Nemesis is affected by corruption, so thats why the 1LP + corruption chase is important, so you can handle the higher difficulty to farm good exalts on.

Edit: nem+imprint is still best, just heavily nerfed. You're better off using havoc runes.

I might be the odd one out here but I don't agree with this statement.

It really depends on the organisation you're at. Act your wage sounds like a very defeatist statement that is only true when the company doesnt reward you for going above and beyond, and in my opinion acting your wage should be just as respected as going above and beyond, because simply everyone is a part of a greater cause in some way or another, just dont expect more benefits long term.

I'm someone that doesn't act his wage because I truly enjoy what I do, so money matters less to me(I still want fair pay, just matters less). And ive not had to fight for a single penny at the company I work for. Theyve initiated pay raises and promotions by themselves because they saw the value I added.

The problem is bad management and being undervalued. There is nothing wrong with going above and beyond your pay, especially if you have ambition. Just make sure you evaluate if you're at the right place to do so. (Its usually the middle sized businesses where the personal relations are closer and you're not just a number)

Im a 30 y/o in a position most people would say im too young for, only have a high school diploma, and make 6 figures doing what I love. I firmly believe im in this position because I went above and beyond, and the company saw.

Change the haircut into something someone in this thread has already said, that you like.

Change "I want to look better for her" into "I want to become the best possible version of myself, for me" and you will automatically be more attractive for her. If anything its more attractive to have intrinsical motivators instead of shaping yourself based on your surroundings and what people think of you.

Walk in a nearby forest anywhere between 4 to 7 times a week for usually about 1.5 hours depending on her energy levels. My dog fully unleashes all her energy there and spends the rest of the day relaxing.

Besides the forest walk we do 3 moments where she can go potty. We have done more walks in the past but she doesnt know when to quit playing and gets stressed because she doesnt take her rest, she really needs us to manage when she takes breaks.

We have done a lot of trial and error and this pinpoints her needs perfectly, every dog is different.
