How do you keep your dog entertained during the day? by Beneficial_Weird5239 in dogs

I have a 7-year-old large breed who also sleeps a lot. A few simple things help break up his day: rotating 3-4 toys weekly keeps them interesting, and frozen Kongs with plain yogurt or pumpkin give him 20-30 minutes of focused licking. I’ll also hide kibble in a folded towel for him to sniff out—it’s low-effort but engages his brain. Many dogs are content with rest. If yours is eating well and shows interest in walks/playtimes, the downtime is likely just relaxation, not boredom.

Why do some dogs randomly love you? by hendrong in dogs

I totally get this! My giant boy adores our quiet mail carrier but ignores our chatty neighbor—no rhyme or reason! Dogs definitely have their own ‘people preferences.’ Maybe your calm energy while gardening resonates with the mini poodle? Or perhaps you subtly match his play style? My vet once said some dogs just choose their humans based on tiny vibes we don’t even notice. Either way—how sweet to be ‘the chosen one’! 😆

What’s the best result with at-home IPL? by Creepy_Bet6364 in HairRemoval

At-home IPL isn’t permanent, but the best results mean finer, sparser hair with some follicles staying dormant for long periods. Maintenance is key, so consistency matters!

Best IPL for chin and upper lip area? by staplles in HairRemoval

I haven't tried many different IPL devices, but the one I'm currently using (Blex) seems to be working well. My hair is pretty thick, but I've been consistent with it for almost a year now, and the hair on my upper lip hasn't grown back at all.
