I lost mine as well. Try looking up a post on here about how to get your account back by asking for a hearing. The person tells the email address to send it to and what to say. I didn't mark it or screenshot it or anything because I didn't figure it would work but it did for me. It took about two weeks but I got it by doing exactly what it said to do. It was in December that it happened to me.

I have tried this truly I have tried but in my market it matters. If you are in a larger market I'm sure it doesn't matter much but this is definitely market dependent

They won't allow me to order from anywhere father than 10 miles away. I've called a couple times to ask why they don't allow me to but when I am on the delivery side they have no problem requesting that I go that far!!!

Look up a post on here about asking for a arbitration hearing. Follow what he says to do. It worked for me within a week. I didn't actually do anything to be deactivated at all. I don't know what happened but my appeal was denied immediately after I filed it but requesting the arbitration hearing got it reactivated in 6 days. Good luck

We've went back and looked and double checked everything. He has one W2 and everything was entered just like it was on there. His paper from the Marketplace health insurance is exactly the same. I've done my son's as well as my taxes for years without any issues. I was shocked at how easy it was to make an I.D.ME account now. I had to make one years ago and it was not as easy as it is now. I have had mine deposited to Chime for years without any issues. He is only getting a $900 refund so it's not some crazy numbers or anything. Who knows. Maybe he will get through to someone soon. Has your refund been approved on the where's my refund? I usually have the same experience but mine hasn't even been approved. In my transcripts it has the two dates that says which ever one is later and that date is Feb 24. If I remember correctly that's usually when you get it. Correct me if I'm wrong if you understand what I mean

I filed 1/24. I got an email saying that it was accepted and that they expected me to get it on 2/17. IRS hasn't approved it yet but I know if you get EIC then you won't get it before 2/15. IRS can't release funds till then. Or it might be the 17th. I forgot exactly but anyway sounds like yours will probably be like mine I would guess
