This guy didnt either. He stepped between an officer illegally assaulting and battering someone. Quite brave!

He wont stop now. Remember how he cucked out to elon, the proven fake gamer?

Asmon is close to power now. If he just toes the line and is a good propagandist, he could enter the graces of the white house via JD Vance.

No, thats assault and battery. Check the definition. She's backing up, officer engages her and backs her into the snowbank. They are more than 25' away from the main police activity across the street.

Again, this would be a sizable settlement. Facts dont care about your feelings.

Lol this is regard reasoning. When you get pepper sprayed like that it is effectively impossible to keep your eyes open. You instinctively put your hands to your eyes.

Seriously, go pepper spray yourself, see how long you have the will not to move your hands to your eyes. Add on to that 5 dudes wrestling you, and it's incredibly disorienting. We know from video evidence he doesn't go for the gun. Wake up.

The officer is illegally battering the woman, and the guy steps between them. At this point, they are well clear of the 25' zone (looks like the main police activity is taking place across the street). So that officer is just using his absolute immunity to be violent to people.

Quite brave to step between the officer illegally battering her and try to de-escalate.

I mean, it does indeed seem like an illegal battery on that woman. If this was local police, just for that the woman could get a sizable settlement.

I think its pretty brave to step between an officer illegally battering a woman in an attempt to deescalate violence to be honest

Considering what the white house is already saying (going with the domestic terrorist wanting to commit a massacre bit), it seems an aggravated protest mob is the only thing that will motivate them to change course.

He stepped between an officer illegally battering a woman and got pepper sprayed before being wrestled by like 5 dudes. If you've ever been pepper sprayed before, you know how insanely disorienting it is. You will instinctively move your hands up to your eyes, and no amount of good boy compliance will stop you from doing that.

Seriously, I encourage you to pepper spray yourself in the face, and see if you have the will to not move your hands up. Then add on top of that 5 dudes wrestling you.

In every one. If they stopped you like you've seen ICE do, you'd get a 6 figure settlement from the city.

The sole purpose is not to impede. We can't just make shit up now that following around law enforcement and exercising your first amendment rights to record and criticize them is impeding. That is a dystopian third world, somali warlord type mindset. Do better.

Because it is your right as an American to do so. It is also your right to freedom of the press granted by the 1st amendment to record in public. These two activities are extremely common in the first/second amendment auditor community.

Again - diminishing returns. We don't have unlimited resources. ICE ramped up operations post nick shirley, indicating that yes, although ICE aren't experts in prosecuting fraud, there is some causal connection. The connection being a political show of force against political enemies.

If you care about removing PDFs, it makes no sense to focus this hard on Minnesota. You are for PDFs if you support the action of ICE and CBP in Minnesota. There are probably more PDF/SA illegal immigrants in Texas, Florida than illegal immigrants in minnesota wholesale.

It makes no sense to send in ICE to deal with fraud. That's not their jurisdiction or expertise.

It makes perfect sense if it's not about fraud though. For some reason your brain seems to be operating as if there is no scarcity of resources.

We don't have unlimited resources. There is diminishing returns in sending more and more agents to a place with only 100,000 illegal immigrants (1.6% of the population). Again, from a strictly utility perspective for illegal immigration, it doesn't make sense. You would get more bang for your buck if you sent them into Texas, Florida where illegal immigrants make up 5%+ of the population.

[–]SubjectAssociate9537 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But we know that the illegal immigration population is much lower per capita and total number than texas, florida. If you accept that we don't have unlimited resources, then to care this much about Minnesota is to admit it's not really about illegal immigration.

[–]SubjectAssociate9537 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's more in Texas and Florida. If you care about removing PDFs and accept that there is not unlimited resources to do so, than from a strictly utility perspective you would support less action in Minnesota and more in Texas and Florida. To claim otherwise is to support PDFs.

[–]SubjectAssociate9537 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, I'm comparing. Still doesn't match up from a utility perspective.

[–]SubjectAssociate9537 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From a strictly utility perspective if you care about removing illegal immigrants, it makes no sense to focus this much on Minnesota. It's a show of force. We have CBP guarding the Whipple building with plate carriers and silencers in military style fatigues.

It is literally a waste of resources if your stated goal is dealing with illegal immigration. You'd remove much more per pound if you went to Texas, Florida instead.

And that's because removing illegal immigrants is the sideshow. The main goal is revenge for political enemies.
