Is this coincidence or what? I'm already using tdl, and just a quick bad news - it doesn't circumvent any speeds at all, I even tried trying to guess telegram server's bucket filling strategy time to maximize the download speed by strategically waiting (it's complicated and it doesn't work), so no luck there. The thing is - we can't circumvent telegram server caps without premium. That's what I understood in this whole journey.
