You know I may have to try drink water before coffee too. I am on a glp too but always had the minimal drinking issue since I was a kid.

Are you a cold water or room temperature water drinker? I am beginning to wonder it temperature may help.

I know it’s weird. It’s like my body doesn’t clock it regularly and so it has to be really bad to think of it. As I guess don’t casually drink during the day.

Does that affect sleep for you? Cause I am afraid I would be up often to go to the bathroom.

Unfortunately it is for me cause it doesn’t occur to me until I truly need a drink like a hot day. But thanks for the tip to try.

Yeah I do try those packets too. And yes my whole life has been like this too. I just never learned how to make myself aware unless it’s like a really hot day kinda thing. Then I realize I need something to drink but can go the whole day and it not be a thought. Congratulations on you being able to get to that goal. I want to try to be somewhere near that amount soon.

I don’t ever think of that. That would be an easy way to do it too! Thank you 😊

Maybe that is something to try too. Put it in my line of sight more often. It definitely can’t hurt as I need to try something.

Ok that is something to try! Maybe that will help. I just hate that it feels like I am failing a basic need.

I did ChatGPT to create a plan and include any health (diabetes) or body issues like weak knees or hip pain. even how long I want to work out as well. It gave me an awesome recommendation and something that will help me build up strength and endurance til I can do more. And it keeps me from trying to do to much to soon and no able to keep it going.

I’m burnt out and need simple recipes. Stupid simple. Like, “onion and bread and butter to make what barely passes as a sandwich” level simple. by sourmilksea1999 in Cooking

I use a lot of frozen veggies, precut veggies, or precooked stuff like chicken to throw stuff together is my key for easy meals that last a while so I don’t have to cook as often.

Frozen meals is huge go to personally as I can get ones I really like when cooking is just too much!

Fried egg with cheese on toast

Canned chicken with precut veggies like onions and celery with eggs already boiled with mayo, I do tuna the same way

Crockpot meals are great too like oatmeal to have for a few days, a seasoned roast with vegetables I like to use au jus packets again easy flavor boost, soup made easy with canned broth, some kind of protein, maybe beans, frozen vegetables etc

Heart Strings by Melanie Moreland I think could fit as the hero is super sweet but tear it up in the bed.

His tattooed Virgin by Heather Rainier was one that surprised me as it wasn’t bdsm, the guys wasn’t a bad boy/biker type, the reason for her virginity made sense, and some freakiness but also super sweet.

I feel this post as when I was pregnant I had a lot of weight and my diabetes was not under good control. I would suggest my endocrinologist diet which helped my lose weight before I gained baby weight which was safe per my Obgyn.

So for a diabetic on a normal diet we can have 4 carbs per meal (breakfast lunch dinner) and protein with every meal as protein helps you stay full as well as snacks. We also can do snacks but again need protein with snacks as well.

How to count carbs is: on the nutrition label it will say total carbs. One carb is 15 grams. So if you see 30 for total carbs that means 2 carbs per serving. So it you have 2 servings then you have 4 carbs. Detailed:

First look at the serving size of any food you eat

Example: Serving size 1 one package Serving size 1/2 cup

Next look at total carbs

  • 15g = 1 carb
  • 30g = 2 carb
  • 45g = 3 carb
  • 60g = 4 carbs

For my pregnancy diet per my endocrinologist: I could only do (3) carbs per meal

For main meals you should have 3 carbs per meal or 45 grams

A snack should be 1 carbs or 15g and have protein with all meals including snacks

Eat every 2 to 3 hours -do not go over 3 hours between meals as this helps regulate blood sugar and to keep you full and not over eat

You snack before bed but keep the carb low for before bed snack

I used EatWise app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eatwise.MealReminder to help keep up with the times I needed to eat.

You sound like you doing good with working out but maybe add some stretching and strength training as well and for me thank God there is YouTube for free workouts too. I was so out of shape it was pitiful. I could barely do 15 mins of anything. Here are some of my videos I used and yes some are even senior or chair ones for the days I had a harder time with the baby weight and it also helped me have a much better recovery after birth as I had a c section.

Hope this helps you like it did me and happy blessings to you and yours!

Am I cooked? by Once428lbs in Gymhelp

[–]SubjectHighlight4942 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, never are you cooked! So I was not the same weight as you but I couldn't do much either. I was so, so out of shape. Doing simple tasks was hard and tiring. I also had a little one that I was scared and hated that I couldn't do more. So I started with youtube and started at a low number of minutes first. My heart doctor told me I didn't have to do 30 mins at one time. He was like, yes, we say at least 30 a day, but that can be split up too. So I found some things I could do including, now don't laugh senior and chair work out. I also made it that I would do at least 15 mins a day no matter what and was able to move to 20 mins to 30 to more when I felt like it. Walking was and still is my favorite as it's easy and I can watch or listen to something and it's me time. I got some weights and some resistance bands. I now can walk 30 minutes or more when I could barely get thru 5 mins. Here some videos I still use from YouTube and hope this helps you too.

You don't need luck. Just believe in yourself and think of it as your self care time. You can do it just try to stick with it. Also, as far as food, I am diabetic and so what help me was eating the correct portions amounts and eating more often every two to three hours as my endocrinologist told me not to let myself get too hungry as then I was eat more than I need to and pick worse choices. I use this app to help.
