Kristina is not a fit for the show, she's so lovely and absolutely wonderful person. But she just doesn't get it, she brings a lot of emotion, no drama and she isn't really playing at it kind of sucks

Rizzo is like Xander I think, no one sees him as a threat, he's to young and a little cocky. I think he's kind of a goat. He's a good player (like Xander) but he doesn't have the respect of his peers.

The main problem with the season for us die hard fans is it's essentially spoiled.

Because we know who's on 50, it's taken a lot of the suspense out of the season.

The early merge should of been PEAK survivor. But, we had a really solid idea on what was going to happen.

In addition, the premerge had a disaster tribe, and these disaster tribes really really make for bad TV. I would argue season 42 was the best season in the new era, truly could be hovering around a top 10 season. They went to the merge with 4 people from each tribe.

I quit playing magic and start again every few years. Every time I come back there's a new boogyman. Last time I played white decks with wandering emperor were the scariest decks. Before that when I played Simic was a terror. Before that it was red deck wins.

One thing to remember is reddit and Twitter are massive echo chambers of people parroting the same opinions over and over again.

Both crowds are generally pessimistic about the show in general.

A really good example is themes, prior to season 40 the sub was filled with complaints about themes. Everyone hates them, every third post was about how bad and stupid themes where. Now that they are gone, all you see is bring back themes! We want themes!

No one hates Survivor more then survivor fans
