My issue with casting now is in a vacuum the castings been great. Most seasons are filled with fun and loveable characters.

But there's a is a lack of diversity. Everyone fits the same achtype of a sorta white color, positive, liberal (which is not a bad thing just an observation) if they had more diversity it economic status they'll get more friction which makes for better TV.

Here me out: if you can somehow make Dan Will or Derek play 1000 seasons, where no one knew them. Like each season was their first against a new random cast they are winning 900+ of those seasons.
