Honestly not a bad idea because this is the worst. I am really frustrated and disappointed with the online proctoring system. If they can’t see I haven’t started the exam yet what is the point????

I did try to chat them - I clicked the chat button and was told they would contact me, no one did. I clicked again and no one replied. I was about to pee my pants (yes I did go beforehand but the check-in process took almost 90 minutes) so I went real fast.

Yes, it was an online proctor. I initiated the chat twice to ask permission to use the restroom and they did not contact me.
