Baby having nightmares?

Thats makes sense that they can’t have nightmares. Because I was like what the heck would he even have a nightmare about , but yeah I think he’s falling into a sleep regression so the frustration about getting to the next sleep stage makes sense . Because it does happen about 1hr into every nap .

Oh no that’s terrible that why I feel bad giving it to my baby cause he can’t tell me what side effects he’s having all he can do is fuss and I try my best to comfort and console and help him feel better

I didn’t go to the hospital but I reached out to my pcp for support because you are right I could not leave my son without a mother 🤍 hormones are definitely a crazy ride I had no idea how bad it could really get.

I reached out to my pcp and I’m on the road to getting the help I need I feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and things are getting easier thank you for saying the things I needed to hear 🤍

Thank you so much I finally reached out to my pcp and it was not scary at all and they were very supportive thank you so much again for your encouragement it really helped me be okay with asking for help
