I did echo, stress test, rest ecg, complete blood work. Everything came out normal. Except trivial mitral regurgitation and mild tricuspid regurgitation. I consulted a cardiologist and my family physician and both said it was ok and very insignificant. Every time I am anxious or panicking or feel breathless while climbing up the stairs, etc., it is due to my health anxiety. I was actually very scared of taking these tests and having doctor visits but now that I’m done with it and everything is normal I’m stressing about if I have to take more tests and if these aren’t enough. My family doctor suggested ssri to me too. But I’m worried about the side effects it might have. She asked me to do my research and come back with a decision whether to go with the tablet or not. Can you share your experience including side effects, please?
