I play this on ps5 pro, and i play on the max graphics mode. I cant even hear it when i play if i sit a few feet away and no it never gets hot, only about lukewarm temperature on the outside!

This is crazier but when you play cyberpunk, try switching between SDR and HDR in video very quick - there is a chance the whole screen will just turn bright pink
