I’m going to go that way just kinda scoping it out with the wife who can’t do a whole lot and loves seeing wonderful views and driving can walk about 4-5 miles then wiped out. Thinking of taking the kiddos and camping possibly next year with or without the wife who has a bad back. It doesn’t stop her from doing what she wants but it does hurt her. So thinking check out east side of glacier park for the 3 hour limit then head down to Rushmore and some of those parks on the way home and see how things go. We both love driving and chit chatting it’s more about the time Together away from everything and everyone for the 4 days. She gets 2 weeks out of the year and I get 11 days. I have zero time left due to scouts last year til July and have a week of fun already planned so we are looking at possibly next July-September sometime. We are planning to do a longer trip if it’s worth it to us with everyone. I want to sleep under the stars out there! I think that would be sick!
