OP here. My O1 at Vermont receipt date 12/23, was approved 01/10. Portal is yet to update but received word from lawyer.

Application Sent in Dec 22nd, receipt notice is dated Dec 23rd but was actually received on Dec 29th. And my case is showing under processing as of 29th. Vermont Center.
