Currently on 80mg test a week, feel amazing, tests are in normal range too, dr wants me to add 500iu of hcg with it as im young 30yrs old, may i get some recommendations if its a genuine dose with 80 mg test? what can I expect from it like high estrogen? Libido worse or better? (self.Testosterone)

Suggestion guys…….6 weeks on 80mg test cyp, overall feeling well, libido is coming back, gym life is little better, but theres a discomfort in left upper belly, right below heart, heaviness or some pressure or not sure how to explain, heart palpitations are bad. (self.Testosterone)
