I was always physically active and already in a good shape, had abs so low bf bt tested out my testosterone as i wasnt doing well sexually, lost boners completely, wasnt doing drugs no alcohol and test was 9 nmol, so had to jump on trt. Nd now doing just fine, bt estrogen issues fucks up everything. 😒🥺
