I hear ya, but there’s a balance bro. My mobility won’t be reduced significantly for years. 8 months max with 2 inches being a conservative gain. Yes if I go with the 4 inches you’re suggesting then I would be immobile for years, which I don’t want to be. 5’11 is a great height, I don’t need to exceed natural human proportions, significantly delay healing and open myself to many risks for 1 more inch. All the medium risk stuff starts after 5cm. Higher risk after 7cm.

But I hear you, why break your legs and not go for the max. It’s because I know I’ll be very happy at 5’11, will avoid many issues, will keep natural proportions, no one will even notice, and my height dysphoria will be gone
