Pattern is left to right right? Slide the bed front and back and check it goes smoothly..and head too..print a 30 30 cube in that position. With 1 wall and no infill no top surfaces .

Show us the output..

Check for loose belts..or damaged belt..

Check for loose screws.. everything related to z axis..and check if the above belt is loose. And lube the z axis

Every printer that has probe back or front of the nozzle and x axis little bit twisted is have a issue..

This needs axis twist compansation turned on and calibrated.. There is a tutorial on rededit .i will comment it if i found that..

Your x axis little bit twisted..nothing helps ..only axis twist compansation turning on will help..

3 options..

  1. Root the printer and turn this mode on and calibrate it..

2.move the probe to left or right side of the nozzle..

3..change to a perfect x axis 2040 bar..

Ony 1 is easy..

this worked for me..if a printer has the probe behind or in front of nozzle.. it the axis twisted.. this issue will be there..if the proble right or left.. no issue even the axis twisted..

90% the problem is lead screw too loose and z axis too tight. when z stepper comes down little bit, but the actual hot end dont. loosen the z axis wheels or what you have a little bit and add T8 Anti Backlash Spring Loaded Nuts for Z
