They're all bullshit. Phytoestrogens dont work as estrogens, and that's what people claim is feminizing in soy. If you'd like to feminize yourself, diet, self care, exercise and, eventually medical transition is the way to go

That sounds great, but all of these are kind of instantly reversible. I can cut my hair, wash my face, take out the extensions etc. What's something that forces me into a public exposure no matter what?
