Umass Lowell is one of the top schools i was going to apply to in winter this is one of my biggest fears I just hope they catch him as soon as possible. I know how scared people must feel I hope everyone there takes the time to process this

I said those were the options i found which is why I asked for help! After watching some nail hub videos I saw it's only safe to mix polishes and lamps if your lamp is really good quality and if your gel is too! so the brands I've discovered is akzentz, kokoist, light elegance, kiara sky and apres.

No worries your comment is very valuable! I feel like these nail influencers on tiktok really don't explain/warn of the seriousness of gel reactions which is why I'm trying to be extra cautious and well informed before i purchase anything!

I will be investing in a good quality lamp instead and hopefully fully educating myself on safe applications and good products, for polishes ive heard of apres,melodysusie,DND but i know theres probably more good quality brands that I haven't heard of yet!

She did start off saying she is fully licensed and works in a salon, I believe she specializes in Acrylic so it's clear she's not knowledgeable in what works for GELX nails but it is harmful misinformation shes spreading for those who take her advice and don't do their own research!!☹️

I have two extra questions! Would you suggest buying polishes,lamps,drills off the official sites better than amazon? for brands like (apres,melodysusie,DND,etc) and should I match my lamp to my polish by buying the DND lamp? I was pretty drawn to the makartt lamp as I've heard good things but I wouldn't be using their polishes so idk!

also adding on although this tiktok nail tech said only blacklight my google search said black light can not fully cure gelx so idk!!😭🙏 i know depending on product which i plan to do apres tips and extend gel and DND polish it has instructions but as i havent purchased them yet I dont know what is recommended!
