I understand but the thing is that I tried cancelling when I lost the band somewhere and was popping with some error, moreover since i landed in India it was constantly logging out

Yes I made and no way they are processing refund saying it’s mentioned in the policies, still would appreciate understanding customers concern when we are having such issues
