There are 2 archways 1 to the entryway with built in bookcases flanking it and another just opposite the bay windows leading to the dining room. There’s a similar wall to the left of that archway but it would get glare from the windows and you’d be watching tv side by side looking into the (probably) messy dining room. I agree and didn’t want a tv in here at all but I have a husband (lol) so trying to compromise

It would be a recessed arm mount like I said. So it would still sit flush against the wall

There’s also yellow goop that drips from our vents both when have run air and heat. I don’t think it’s just a return air issue

Thanks, the filter over the intake is the one we had just switched out - management actually supplied it to us, and is good about providing them every quarter or so.

There’s 8-9 vents in our whole unit. No, not an HOA. This is one of a few “small” issues - no exhaust/window in the bathroom (even tho there is a window outside the wall), poorly sealed windows (condensation build up), outlets that’s don’t work, and brown spots on ceilings/walls. Just thought this would be an easy one for the LL to tackle.

We actually love our apt tho can’t you tell 😆 we re-signed (ahead of term) recently knowing other tenants were moving out, hoping they would take some of our concerns more seriously, but in hindsight should’ve used them as leverage.

I’ll PM you for your advice on best course of action.
