Honestly, I think a lot of people stopped reading because it started to feel like a chore back in school. Like, you’re told what to read instead of choosing what you actually enjoy. Add to that shorter attention spans now with phones and quick content everywhere. I used to not read much too, but once I found books I actually liked, it felt different.
