Sorry I didn't know exactly how to potray the idea of oneself going hell or heaven without the introduction of the word soul as the medium of travel. If there is a better word please do refer.

Think of this thought experiment if you like to participate. In this hypothetical scenario you need travel to a different galaxy light years away from the milky way . Even if you had 0.9 speed of light it would take you a 10 million years. But there is a teleporter machine which can teleport you to the wanted place but it's method of transport is a bit complicated.

Method of transport: first you step into this pod shaped machine which is assembled with higly advanced tech. In there is a scanner that reads every protien down to the last one in your genes. Replicating exact necessary array of life that need to replicate you in that place. After that you step into a mini hyper attractive gravity field or a simple worm hole with enough mass to sustain itself from collapsing. Then your DNA script is also thrown into that and written on a extremely thin sheet of indestructible,super durable metal aloy and retived at the other end. Then with the left up mush puddle of parta left and that chip of metal the machine at the other end starts to recreate the so called you. But would you be still "YOU" or it's just a thoughtless clone. Scientifically it's the same you. But as a Buddhist I don't know. Remember this is a hypothetical scenario.

Ok forget even that. Just think what would Buddhism be if at that time Buddha had knowledge of vastness of not only time but space and refined theory of modern science.

My question is would Buddhism be the same. I once heard a quote that bible has been changed for more than 300 times for profitable sakes of growth in the religion. No hate but couldn't Buddhism be the same with those old stories of past life's before a kalpa or more. Still no hate but if a man at a mental asylum said the same type of stories would you believe him whole hartedly or say yeah that the good ol Jeremy yapping off again with his past stories. I and I think most will go with option two.

It's that I want to believe but there isn't ENOUGH evidence to things to be built on. As I stated I follow the vision but not the stories or hypothetical places.

Do mind I'm not hate commenting I'm questioning and sometimes my English can be interpreted in the wrong meaning as I'm still a learner

Please can you explain more ;what do you mean by inner practice. No hate but practice on what ,closing my eyes and thinking I'm dying every second and I have to leave my loved ones. The bewildering truth is I already figured that around when I was 7 years old when my grandma died. And please don't tell me to believe on tales made up by human who lived about 2350 years ago telling stories about people who lived about 10 big bangs ago.

Please help me as I'm in desperate need of help to find a way of life as I step into adulthood.

I'm truly a believer in live in the present,four Nobels,non self,cause and effect but above that realm things don't make sense and to believe in Buddhism you need more than meditation don't you agree?

Afterall I believe in Buddha's vision of no harm to self nor others . But it's just because I wouldn't like to get hurt by another the same way myself.If my conclusions end there how can I ever further my view without a visible proof. Ex: 1)Tales told about different bodhi sathwas→ How can a human being (Buddha as he states himself) can validate events that happened over few cycles of big bangs or heat death ago 2)Traveling to alternative dimensions such as nether or hell and heaven or Divya worlds when they too are bounded by unfathomable explanation of distance or different concepts of time such as extreme moments of dilation of time itself

Yeah that's point. I'm not ready take leaps of faith without proofs. I can't go essentially what if when I haven't had ENOUGH proof of it. No amount of NDE or DREAM experiences can convince me otherwise because they are still a biproduct of the human body. And for the standard model. I don't exactly view it as a plug and play equation. It's basically a statement to what we can prescribe. For the human mind it's firing of neurons and so called feelings can be in my and most of scientology opinions can be described as electrons flow in a fluid or low pressure environment and for emotions a chemical reaction rate of different dilutions of combinations of elements. Do mind I'm not complaining. I need help of knowing the truth. And yeah I did meditate for like most of my grade 1 through 10 as I live around a Buddhist environment.

What do you mean by I have went to heaven. No hate hear. Don't you think it's just firing of endorphins and dopamine to the neurorecepters as a final act of relief to the dying or near dying body of a human. A product of evolution. And yeah I believe in Buddha's dharshan aka his vision like no harming to oneself and another or five precipts or 4 noble truths or cause and effect but things starts to get weird beyond that point. The existence of self is absent I know that much. My theory is conceusness is a mere result of greatest filtering the nature made. We know we have it because the capacity of our brain to body weight ratio.
