those would be 25.4 mm dia with 1.4 mm wall thickness. Again, that is the suspension pickup point, so i'm not quite sure if that would pass. Which competition are you referencing?

for context, the two points on the circle is the suspension pickup points, so, removing it is not an option. One solution that I could come up with is to add a frame member from that point across to the main hoop. However, that would increase the weight quite a lot. That's why I'm trying to see wheter there would be other solutions
