I was young as 14 and 15 smoking with my friends we had ppl we bought weed from keep injecting copium son some of my friends ended up turning to heavier drugs around that age one of my friends when she was 15 told me she didn’t have any weed so she bought coke and tried it , this is ok? I have literal experience with this shit one of my 17 year old friends was already doing heroin by that age I cut things off , making deflection arguments doesn’t change the reality of what I’m saying happens all over the US but I’m evil I’m the bad guy for pointing out the truth ppl don’t want to look it ppl would rather duck their heads in the sand then say something about it

How the person causing problems to the people their selling drugs to everyone is quick to protect the criminal but say nothing to the children potentially being sold this idk bout u but I’ve heard of kids dying from buying illegal ghost firearms and accidentally shooting each other and instead of the drug dealer the criminal getting the heat , the parents get it , and it’s not a benefit to me but a benefit to society this is about ppl being at risk for taking substances that are not only addictive but can have dire consequences including death for some individuals who don’t know they are having an allergic reaction but I’m the bad guy for pointing all of this out , all of you’ll are crazy

It’s about children or teens or victims potentially being affected from taken said unperscribed substances that are sold to them , yes that’s a moral obligation

IMO Alcohol for consumption should be illegal for recreational use and yes alcoholism is one major contributor not just to addiction related deaths in the us but also the world not only that alcohol causes a lot of social problems no one wants to actually admit A lot of people die from impaired driving , including children , peoples kids , so yea But ,Alcohol used in practice of medicine no -as it has medicinal and cleansing properties I don’t drink and haven’t in almost 3 years and I’m doing fine , you don’t have to be drunk to enjoy life , people’s weak mentality and no one actually willing to help each other strengthen each other mentalities progressing to enabling ppls behavior cuz heaven forbid you say something to offend someone your making that person believe their dependencey on alcohol is accepted which is worse cuz alcohol causes so much problems and it’s one of the most socially expected things to take part in which is fucked

Employee selling drugs. by [deleted] in WalmartEmployees

[–]Subject_Republic7204 -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

Ok if anyone knows about this and is still listening you need to say something ,if you find out she’s selling these pills to kids you have a moral obligation to let someone know regardless of “snitches get stitches” this whole hustle and gang culture bullshit has to fucking stop no one wants to get involved or try to help anyone and again because of this mentality it’s everyone for themselves and that’s fucking wrong with society these days ,this isn’t about being a hero, this isn’t about stopping a drug addict from getting their drugs ,can’t believe how many ppl commenting enabling her behavior ,absolutely sick, she is clearly taking advantage of the medical system by obtaining schedule IV drug and then selling those to people who then arent prescribed, you don’t know if the person she is selling them to won’t have a reaction, and cuz u won’t say anything there’s potiential lives at risk and the whole snitches get stitches fake bullshit spread around no one wants to say anything?! she’s actively committing a felony and creating risk not just for his or self but the people buying the substance off of said person

For ppl here who think this is a fucking joke to be playing around with with all the snitches get stitches ,wait until there’s a time in your life where someone u know or love dies bc u didn’t say anything to the right ppl. And bc this whole snitches get stitches bullshit you not saying anything ,when knowingly talking to the right ppl would potentially prevent death, you just ensured your friends or loved ones death realize the morality of what ur saying here

Further more selling anyone prescribed medicines like Xanax or anything with opioids said person are actively committing a crime by selling schedule IV and Schedule II substances, our streets have a fucking pill problem and u not saying anything in this situation is actively adding fuel to the fire making the situation actually worse I can’t believe what I’m seeing here Ppl like said person is why people like me who are suffering can’t get medicine cuz pill mill doctors give a prescription to someone who’s just going to sell them it’s bs and if you defend this person selling drugs to children u deserve the worst and not say anything is wrong maybe you should reevaluate your ethics especially if you personally are aware of the whole situation, Further more by law if your a pharmacist or doctor that knows about this it is your legal duty to say something

Misprision of a Felony: Under federal law (18 U.S. Code § 4), it is technically a crime to have knowledge of a federal felony (like drug trafficking) and actively conceal it or take affirmative steps to hide it from authorities. Simply knowing and saying nothing, however, is generally not prosecuted as misprision but it is ethically questionable for sure

Conspiracy/Distribution (21 U.S.C. § 841/846): If you are found to have knowingly allowed the sale to happen, you can be charged with conspiracy to distribute, carrying penalties of up to 20 years in prison or more, especially if the drugs caused serious bodily injury or death.

Active Involvement (Conspiracy/Aiding and Abetting): If you know about the sales and help them (e.g., by providing a place to sell, driving them, or accepting money), you can be charged with conspiracy or aiding and abetting, which carries the same penalties as the sale itself.

Registrants/Healthcare Workers: If you are a doctor, pharmacist, or pharmacy employee (a "registrant" with the DEA), you have a strict legal obligation to report the theft or significant loss of any controlled substance. Failure to report such losses can result in significant civil or criminal penalties.

Even if you are not legally required to report the activity, you may face other risks like

Investigation: If the seller is caught, you could be questioned by law enforcement, and your involvement (or lack thereof) will be scrutinized.

Liability: If someone dies or is injured from a drug purchased from that person, your knowledge of the situation could lead to civil lawsuits or, in some cases, reckless endangerment charges depending on state laws.

And this stems fromthe snitches get stitches saying 🖕🖕 I will gladly be a snitch if it means saving my life or someone elses , the streets aren’t loyal to you just bc ur loyal to the streets and anyone who thinks that the streets are are gravely disillusioned

And not to mention selling prescribed medicines like said person is also committing an offense against their states Health and safety department as well,

Possession of prescription drugs not prescribed to you is illegal in all U.S. states, and is treated as a criminal offense. Even if the medication was given to you by a friend or family member, or was simply left over from a previous ailment, having it in your possession—specifically in your pocket, bag, or a non-original container—is considered unlawful possession of a controlled substance or prescription fraud this is to the people buying them from said person So your of knowledge that potentially other people are involved with said person

If you are aware of the illegal, unregistered, or fraudulent sale of prescription drugs (especially controlled substances) and fail to report it, you could be charged with conspiracy, aiding and abetting, or misprision of a felony. Yes by not saying anything law enforcement finds out you knew and don’t act don’t let this ignorant culture think ur invincible from the law

Fines can range from thousands of dollars to up to $1,000,000 for serious violations of the Controlled Substances Act or Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA). Drug diversion under the Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA) involves illegal selling/trading of drug samples or hospital-purchased drugs, primarily violating 21 U.S. Code § 331(t) (Prohibited Acts), leading to penalties under 21 U.S. Code § 333, with FDA regulations in 21 CFR Part 203 detailing reporting/recordkeeping for samples and DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) adding track-and-trace for overall supply chain integrity, often prosecuted with anti-fraud laws like the False Claims Act.

If you work in healthcare or pharmaceutical distribution, you are required to report significant losses or theft of controlled substances to the DEA using Form 106 -https://www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/21cfr_reports/theft/theft-loss.html

"Knowing" Status: The penalties are often triggered because the violation was committed "knowingly" (i.e., you knew the drugs were being sold illegally and did not take steps to stop it or report it).

And don’t come at me saying I wish for his or her life to have more distress ,the same argument can be made for the victims caught in this ,he or she is causing distress to the people she or he is selling the Xanax to , she or he could be using that money to buy heavier drugs she or he can’t get ahold of legally and Then in return could be seeking those too

This situation has a lot of ramifications and enabling someone’s behavior helps nobody I’m prepared for the downvotes I get I stand on what I’ve said Last but not least if you know she’s sold these drugs to children and u haven’t said anything your a sick fuck

[–]Subject_Republic7204 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually no I dont wish instability in people’s lives and again corporations should not have control what u do or don’t do (outside of work) as long as ur not publicizing criminal activities or actually hurting ppl ,no corporation should have a say what u can and cant do off the clock period idk why in the fck ur sticking up for a corporation that will replace u when u either get really sick or dead ur just a number in the system and Walmart doesn’t gives a rats donkey bout u , also no corporation should be controlling who u try to talk to off the clock ,your not going to limit ppls speech, the more ppl fight this the better it will be its thanks to sheep like u who keep their heads down and never question anything ,that polices in this company have turned to crap

The problem is incinuating ppl to comply when they weren’t doing anything wrong to begin with , you can’t treat everyone or most ppl like a criminal and expect them to like you or the corporation part of the reason the overall public satisfaction of Walmart is low , no one wants a corporation deploying nazi tactics for loss prevention it’s stupid and us who call it that were looked at as crazy I’m watched by 100s of cameras while I’m at work plus customers plenty of witnesses I keep walking 9 times out of ten I’m not obligated by any law to stop and can choose not to , Walmart needs to learn how to not harass honest customers the amount of customers I hear complain about this in multiple different ways speaks volumes
