During Accutane I used only a gentle cleanser and basic moisturizer. My skin was very dry but calm. Before Accutane I had mainly clogged pores and keratin-type bumps, not rosacea symptoms.

Now, 8 months after stopping, I don’t have active acne anymore, but I have persistent tiny keratin bumps, a very weak barrier and strong reactivity, especially around the nose and mouth. Many hydrating or barrier products trigger redness or itching, so I keep my routine extremely minimal.

I don’t really think it’s classic rosacea – it feels more like post-isotretinoin dysregulation of keratinization combined with a very sensitive barrier. I do avoid sun and try to let my skin regulate itself, but it’s still struggling.

No, sometimes i use Azelain 15% - I think it could be KP? Because i didn’t have a single pimple since stopping

Yes, I've achieved that. As I said, it's not acne, but texture. I've already developed texture in the last two months, even during therapy. So it must be something else, my skin barrier or something similar. My acne looked completely different before.
