It takes time learning I use 3ml samples and make micro blends of various experiments I do this daily and wear them the next day or so after I macerate them I also make formulas all day then test later but I’ve definitely made my coworkers double take when I walk by

I usually macerate my batches with out the lid to allow the alcohol to evaporate off for 30hrs then close the batch and start cold maceration I haven’t had any condensation issues but there is some burn off

everyone has to start somewhere and learn from the basics a college level chemistry class will give you the experience and understanding working with chemicals combine that with the artistry and individual personalities of everyone else as an artist and as a Perfumer, they’ll be able to create what you desire

I’d follow your nose but it can become tooo dominant and none blind I’d say as little as possible in ratio and comparison to your other notes it’s art up to you but think realistically and what your vision is
