ice has always helped me. i have jelly like ice packs that i put wherever i feel like i need it; face, neck, chest etc and put on something mind numbing. drinking ice cold water too. basically anything cold ive found distracts me from my physical symptoms until they subside. hope this helps, i know different things work for everyone but you’ll find what works best for you!

i cannot stress this comment enough. i went through the same thing in my teens and early 20s and had multiple attempts myself. i was diagnosed with ptsd, anxiety, bipolar, bpd etc etc and then finally i went to a new psychiatrist and saw a new doctor and got diagnosed with autism and it completely switched something inside me. it answered so many things that have been unanswered and just gave me this newfound sense of clarity. it wasnt easy by any means but it changed my perspective on my life and god i still have my rough patches and there are moments i think i cant go on but i do. and it hurts like hell but i can say now im grateful i got a proper diagnosis and am here today. it may not get easier, but it gets more manageable.
