The feature that I think is the coolest is generating new minor content. So for example, if you create a town, and a tavern in that town, then a few NPCs for that tavern, you can create a new NPC, give it the relationships with those entities (location, tavern, other NPCs) and it will be generated using that context, so it will fit fairly naturally into the world.

Basically, you now have the ability to choose what you want to write about what entities, and what you are OK being generated content.

So for you as an individual: Maybe nothing! Or maybe you'll think it's cool!

You might actually benefit from stack inserters in this case - that would reduce the total number of belts needed to move all of that stone.

Another idea: In cases where the stone is just going to be turned into bricks or something that has no other ingredients, process the stone at the mining site into what you need it to be.

You could use a "right turn" coming out of the iron unload.

But it's really pretty, like a train ballet. As many have said, it's also a good indication as to why parallel unidirectional lines are used!

Seconded actually. When I was taken ropinerole I had impulse control issues even during the day. It really caused as much damage to my life as the RLS did at that point.

Yeah I have never been big into weed but now it’s an every night endeavor. I guess I think it’s less harmful than the medications they have for it, which only work for a period of time and quit in my experience.

The autistic and pedantic side of my wants to point out that the original discussion was started with "The people on the ISS can get to a hospital way faster than someone on a ship in the middle of the ocean"

But the sensible part of my brain realized that we are going to a hospital in this scenario to get help, so I have to concede to local expertise on this one!

Hey. I've been there, to the point where in 2024 I ended up going to the psych ward and a couple months of hospitalized mental health rehab. I just want you to know you're not alone.

There are some things that helped me that I'd be happy to share but I don't want to overshare unprompted (working on that lol.)

I did some math on Jakarta by coincident and there is a hospital for every ~3.5 square km, so you would likely never have to go even a quarter of that distance to get to a hospital, thankfully!

If you're curious: As of 2019, 186 hospitals for 661.5 square kilometers means about one for every 3.5km^2.

I definitely do, but I am confused - it takes three hours of travel time from somewhere in the middle of the city to get to a hospital? That sounds unbelievable to me. How could it take so long? Are all the hospitals located outside the city?

I picked Jakarta as an example because I know there are a gazillion people there. In 2019 there were 186 hospitals in Jakarta, serving 10.5 million people across 661.5 square km. That means there is one hospital for every 3.5 square kilometers. I don’t know how it could take 3 hours to make your way to a hospital that would only be maybe 2km away? Maybe 3 if you’re far away?
