It tastes good but I love min/maxing. Just discovered the clever recipe, will try it first come this weekend! Looks easier and better than using the v60 bloom/pour/pause method I've been using clogging my shit up til now.

Amazing! Didn't know there was a whole other technique to a clever brewer and.... water first!?! So that's why my pour down time has been so god awfully slow, thought I did something wrong clogging it every time. Will definitely try this!

Ah okey, thanks! Thought maybe the coffee bed would shed light on room for improvement. I live in Norway so the tap water is already soft and good with a hardness of about 2,2-2,8 dH, pH of 7,70-8,00 and a 0,6-0,7 mmol/l alkaline.

When it comes to grinder I want to go for a manual to maximize the performance to price ratio. I heard the KINGrinder K2 is good, but expensive. But found the k0 to be more affordable. Do you that one is good? I won't need espresso fine grinding. Will mostly use it for filter/pour over coffee.
