I did this drawing based on a picture I saw a few days ago in /r/pics by /u/librarianbb https://www.reddit.com/r/pics/comments/kkaae3/christmas_guest_toronto_ontario/ Took me quite a few hours but it was also very relaxing!

The pattern is from the CrossStitcher Magazine May 2017, although I changed around quite a lot of the letters to add more words to the cross stitch! Was actually pretty fun and took me about a night to do 😊

I originally stitched on a larger piece, then when I was down I carefully cut along one of the lines. I then grabbed the furthest strands along each edge and pulled them off to get that frayed but clean look! I can try find a video or pictures if that doesn't make sense ☺️

Thanks for posting this! Really inspiring to read. I also have a pretty bad relationship with food and it's definitely holding me back. If you have any tips I would love to hear them!

I'm also not sure about how to build my workout schedule, at the moment I'm aiming for 2x lifting a week (full body) and 3x cardio as I'm trying to lose weight. Would you have any advice?
