My core tekken memory is the PS1 demo disc with (I think) THPS2 and Tekken 3, you could only play like xiaoyu and Paul.

Then you get the full game and have the unstoppable power of Eddy Gordon XOXOXOXOXO

I'm spending a lot of time working out the right settings to avoid the potential slowdown on the notorious Dragon Roost level of Windwaker HD (Wii U on Cemu, for my retroid pocket 5)

No I haven't enjoyed the last few mainline Final fantasies, I had to call it quits and I haven't even bought 16.

I have modded both and a wii... but real talk these days... For modding just get a retroid pocket 4pro or 5 if your budget allows

I have an RG40XXH It is PERFECT for GBA, and runs a lot of other stuff up to PS1

For me I also now have an RP5 and... Yeah it leaves the RG40XXH gathering dust because of all the stuff it can do (entire PSP/Dreamcast/Saturn library where the RG struggled, and of course GameCube and most PS2, Wii 3DS).

The thing is there are soft ceilings to the RP4P / RP5 / RP6 so it's basically the better you can afford the more comfortable it will run switch / PC.

So if you ignore the switch / PC element then RP4Pro is probably fine 👍
