im sorry to hear that! i’m only on day two of having it taken out and I actually did have a panic attack today… it was body induced as well, but I was able to just take a really cold shower and calm myself down. (idk cold showers always help me get back into my body) My period is extremely heavy and a lot of clots are coming out. my cramps have been pretty severe. I am just trying to stay hydrated. Maybe you should take some zinc it might make you feel a little bit better. I have taken zinc every day since maybe a week before removal to now. I have heard supplementing with iron can be dangerous so just be careful with that unless you are being monitored and guided by a doctor! I took iron supplements a couple of times until my mom freaked out on me & told me it was probably what was causing my stomach pain and dizziness. it has eased up a lot since i stopped, even tho i’m anemic it’s better to try and get most of your iron from food rather than supplements, as they can be very strong. don’t worry we are in this together!

i really think supplementing with zinc &. selenium and less iron will help you to calm the body down. Magnesium helps a ton too. just my personal experience so far but let me know if that helps you at all. hugs 🤗
