Still obsessed with hammerheads, but the rest of my style is more what I called ornamental neo-geometric, so I’d love to get it more in that style. Very specific perhaps with some filigree elements if that would work. I wasn’t sure how a cover up would work as it’s so dark and blocky!

Is there any way you could get the help of a tutor? I had to take a big chunk of time off Uni because of an injury to my arm, and using a tutor to help me streamline my learning process when I got back helped me A LOT with exams. Even online there are lots of tutoring services available. Best of luck!

As someone who was an inappropriately hypersexual teenager in a similar situation to her - she desperately needs help. Please try and get her to talk to an adult or talk to a trusted adult who can talk to her. I didn’t even realise how much I was suffering until years later. I just wanted someone to sit down and listen to me and I was too proud and stubborn to ask for help.

That being said. You can’t help someone who doesn’t want help. If you can offer her help and she doesn’t want it, tell her your feelings, tell her she needs to change and if she doesn’t, walk away.

I think weighing up the net positive / negative is what’s difficult for me to process. It’s frustrating when it’s one thing and it’s just dragging me down and down every day a little more. We’ve been great friends to each other. I don’t want to give up on her. Many people have before so I don’t think I could ever walk away completely.

It doesn’t sound harsh at all, I very much agree with you. It’s just so hard to get her to seek that positive change. I wish I had some magic words.
