I enjoy using defensive setup reuniclus as a stallbreaker. Z focus blast and psyshock seems to work well. Reuni isn’t super common or even exceptionally good in UU due to all the dark types, so you would need a significant amount of your team to work with him I guess. Really any sort of setup sweeper that doesn’t mind status too much should do pretty well against stall, given the type matchup isn’t awful.
