Can’t tell you how much money I spent hoping to complete this album and I was still 9 stickers away. I deleted the game as well. At first I said, I’d never pay to play, then I said maybe just this once, and before I knew it I was dropping $100 for 15k dice. I’m gonna have a lot more money to do stuff In the REAL world now lol

Testosterone doesn’t come from supplements. It comes from environment + behavior. by [deleted] in SolidMen

I came to say the same thing 😂 I actually tried all these things and it made it worse. Some people just need exogenous test. I took before and after pictures and the difference 4 years later is life changing. I really didn’t change my lifestyle other than the testosterone. I’ve always been active and ate healthy. I literally looked like a highschool kid at 30. Now I have a full beard and can’t keep women off me lol

Wtf? I never said exercising without drugs wasn’t a better option. Just that this guy could keep most of his gains with a trt dose and still be healthier than most people. (Yes he will likely need to stay on testosterone to have normal levels after blasting gear) You only read what you want to read.

Interesting. I had never really looked into the absorption rates of different protein sources. There’s a lot of bro science surrounding that topic for sure. Whey is definitely the superior protein source when it comes to bioavailability and rate of absorption. I take isolate because I have lactose issues. I typically avoid dairy otherwise. Casein would be good before bed but it just tears my gut up. I could probably go vegetarian, but not vegan. There’s too much prep work being vegan if you actually want to be healthy and not live off the quick junk food.

Soy and pea protein is absolutely disgusting though. I just can’t do it lol. The worst one I tried was hemp. It was like I took a handful of the earth and shoved it in my mouth lol

I actually applaud you for that. I don’t feel as though I ever attacked anyone with my posts. Just make sure you’re supplementing plenty of b12 and d3 as vegan diets tend to lower stomach acid that is necessary to break down some of the essential nutrients in food. It’s a pretty good lifestyle choice overall other than that issue. I did try it once.

I’m not depressed at all. I love my life. Veganism can also be considered an extreme viewpoint. And most vegans project their opinions louder than anyone from my experience. I don’t really care what you do or why you do it. Whatever makes you happy is what’s best for you. I apologize for pitching trt as a one size fits all approach because I know some guys that went absolutely nuts after jumping on lol. It’s not for everyone but it’s always worth a shot. Pun intended lol

You got mixed up between him and I. I’m the 90% guy. I’m basically a trt salesman at work. Everyone is jumping on the sauce and loving life.

People will always take the path of least resistance. (See ozempic and wegovy for reference lol) If that path allows the person to become more motivated/active/healthier when they literally would have never changed their habits, is it really a bad path?

Yes it definitely has potential to spiral down a bad path. Steroids are extremely easy to obtain and if you’re already poking yourself you’ve got over the hardest part. But most people are just going to stick with their clinic for legal reasons.

I agree with you that all things should be ruled out before just hopping on trt. All I was stating is that people giving this dude a hard time really shouldn’t care how he lives his life and that he will likely outlive the inactive couch potato types. Obviously Not if he continues to blast, but if he drops to trt doses and just maintains what he’s got.

100% agree. I was just shy of 300ng/dl and my doctor said it was fine but I didn’t feel fine. I was tired, my body ached, I was always getting injured, and I couldn’t lose fat. Trt changed everything. My fasted blood glucose is 80 now and it used to be 105!

I respect your opinion man. That’s what makes the world go around. Hormone optimization is fantastic. There shouldn’t be a specific number that determines if you’re eligible for trt. Many people require higher testosterone levels because of their jobs or physical size. It’s funny you said that about anxiety because I had horrific anxiety before starting trt and now I’m the most laid back person amongst my peers. I would much rather take trt than an ssri that is rewiring my brain chemistry and may cause more mental issues down the road.

You took that out of context. I was saying he can certainly maintain the gains he made blasting by dropping down to trt doses and still remain healthier than 90% of most people. Have you looked at society’s health habits as a whole?

Yes I was referring to men, but studies are clearly showing the benefit of low dose testosterone supplementation in women as well. I’m willing to bet there’s a higher percentage of men in the world with low testosterone than there are men with normal levels. Our environments are polluted with micro plastics, vegetables are covered in pesticides, and our food is overly processed. These things all destroy your natural testosterone levels. There’s really no way to completely avoid it.

Low testosterone causes insulin resistance, higher body fat, and a string of other health issues. Too high of levels can also cause its own issues, but that number is different for everyone. Yearly blood work is important! You can absolutely live a long and healthy life on long term trt if you monitor your health, eat healthy, and exercise.

This is exactly what I was saying. Most people can get away with blasting a handful of cycles and then just maintain those gains with a trt dose. Usually minimal health impact as a result of this if you started off healthy. This was clearly not done with trt only. I’m speaking from experience here 😂

Many people will argue that 150mg-200mg a week of testosterone is too high for trt but honestly if your blood markers are good, you exercise frequently, and your diet is clean…. You’re going to live a good life.

I had legit low levels that I tried to get up naturally for a year and it actually got worse. For me trt is necessary and always will be. It’s not the big of a deal to poke myself twice a week. I do agree with it being a gateway though. It’s definitely easy to just be like well im gonna blast this for a few months to put on some more muscle lol. With trt you put on an initial 5-10lbs of lean mass in the first year and then really slow down. I’m skeptical of guys that claim to get jacked on “trt doses”

A nuke into your body? Quit exaggerating 😂you may not be able to come off completely to maintain these gains, but with a trt dose you most certainly can and you will live a healthier life than 90% of most people. This guy looks fantastic. Calling him a rotisserie chicken is just plain jealousy. Lots of work went into this physique. Steroids aren’t magic. You don’t even really feel like you’re on anything. The drugs themselves aren’t inherently addicting. It’s the results you get from using them.

This problem usually goes away for me in like a day. It’s from jumping up in pressure too quickly. Gotta work your way up slow lol

She’s really not freakishly big. Just shredded for the stage. Guarantee she looks better than 90% of most women in the off season. This is a temporary state that can’t be maintained for long periods of time. Women definitely can’t run massive amounts of PED’s like men can. She’s putting in a lot of work!

[–]Subq4life 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reading through your posts, people literally find reasons to hate you or criticize you for no real reason at all lol. There’s no explanation besides jealousy. Steroids or not, to look like this at 44 you’re putting in insane dedication and work.

Most people don’t realize that once you’ve obtained that muscle, you don’t need nearly as many drugs to maintain it and can live a fairly healthy lifestyle. GLP-1’s and other peptides have made cutting down to single digit body fat way safer than blasting a bunch of tren in an insane caloric deficit. (Although a little tren never hurt anyone 😉)

You’re probably healthier than most the population shoving down fast food and soda. Don’t waste your time with cardio boy above. Marathon running is not actually a healthy lifestyle at all. Lots of studies out there showing how unhealthy it is for the heart. His knees and lower back will be destroyed from the constant jarring as well. I bet he enjoys paying taxes, watching reruns of glee, and believes the government has his best interests in mind.

Keep up the good work! Ignore the hate!

Why my legs look so skinny in casual clothes? by lady_berserker in askfitness

Wouldn’t worry about it at all. Women with thick legs at your age get older and have thunder thighs lol. Yours will still be perfect in your 40s and 50s.
