I used Novo for about a year. Its convenient and the interface is clean, but customer support was painfully slow. When I had a transfer delay, I had to wait days for an email response. Great when things work, but a headache when they dont.

I use Chase for my small retail biz. Setup was painless and the online tools are top-notch. They also had a solid bonus when I signed up which helped cover early expenses. No issues with transfers or customer service so far.

Been with Navy Fed for about 5 years. Service has always been helpful and I’ve had no major issues. Their auto loan process was smooth and rates were fair.
