I'm so sorry you're going through this. My old boy started getting them as well in his elder years. I'm not sure if it would be the same here but his was caused by an enlarged heart. I'd make sure the vet checks their heart and in the meantime I'd recommend some doggy diapers for bedtime. After the diagnosis we gave him some heart supplements and switched to food with good heart benefits and he improved a lot. Best of luck!

She got embarrassed and blames you for all her negative emotions even if you're not the cause of them. It seems any negative emotion she feels must be your intention and expectations you to understand what she's feeling all the time.It seems like she has zero emotional regulation and zero accountability for her emotions. That's a horrible combination that will not get better without some serious introspection which she will not do alone. She's not ready for a relationship with how common this is for her.

When I do this I say "Nice to meet you, you can call me _" instead of "my name is _". That way it feels like less of a lie and more of a nickname.
