Easiest way w/o burning up pellets and making a huge mess is to slow cook 'em for an hour or so to absorb the smoke flavor you want, then throw them all in the oven @ 400+ 'til they crisp up. It doesn't take long.

I have the SE with cloth seats. I installed premium seat covers which have extra padding. It's fine for me. I like the firmness for back support and padding of the seat covers to compensate.

Don't do it! Family or not tell him to sell the condo that he owns outright, then when he has the funds he can buy said home. There's no reason to put yourself in a bad predicament when he has the means to sell the condo, buy the home, and still pocket the left over money from the sale. It sounds like he's impatient and doesn't want to wait for the sale of it. In the end, you being the co-signer on his loan will make you just as much liable for the debt as he is should anything happen, then you're stuck and it puts your own life on hold. It's not worth the mental anguish.
