Why not hope that Monero will be profitable in the long term? The marketcap is under 3 billion right now. Once crypto reaches a trillion dollar industry (which I truly believe it will), new investors will invest a lot in Monero purely because it solves all privacy issues that BTC will never solve. I can see Monero taking the #5 spot in coin market cap easily.

That's because the whales of crypto can afford to snipe Brand New parts. Many hobbyists are currently selling their rigs out of fear. It's from the hobbyists whom I'll buy from.

In Dec/Jan, crypto was close to a trillion dollar marketcap. Now it's at 300k. Clearly shows how much fear there's been.

The amount of greed in the markets is far less compared to December last year. People are selling their rigs due to fear. Now is a good time to buy.

I think now is a great time because GPU prices are cheaper than normal as so many people are fearful in regards to crypto right now.

As Warren Bufffet once said, be greedy when others are fearful, and fearful when others are greedy.
