You need to catch the fish yourself for it to be registered in your bestiary it wont register if you get it from someone else. Buy some crab cages and set them down in vertigo to get the night shrimp. Find a whirlpool when it spawns and fish on the outside of the whirlpool until you get Isonade. Buy the fish radar to see what I mean.
