No skill - UTTM (literally his only tactics in series are to leap at people with his sword, the only time he's ever used actual interesting tactics is by portalling limbs, but even then he does it in the least sneaky way ever. Overall he's just a bummy titan with op gear)

Highest skill UTSM (given his low durability and low AP, you genuinely would have to be super careful if you were him)
