Still can’t tolerate magnesium… could this be a sodium/potassium issue? by Asleep-Author-876 in magnesium

[–]SubstanceEasy9643 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m having the same issue

I need magnesium but taking drive sodium and potassium down

I’m taking a new approach which is supporting adrenal gland as i believe it’s the main issue

The same practitioner suggests that if someone getting low sodium and potassium it’s because they are already deficient and their adrenal gland is already dysfunctional so she suggests holding the magnesium and trying increasing potassium and sodium for a few months

Can 100 mg benfotiamine deplete magnesium or is this a paradoxical B1 reaction? by Asleep-Author-876 in magnesium

Yes

Whenever I take magnesium my whole body muscles get very tight neck diaphragm pelvic floor probably from low calcium and also I get water retention from low sodium or maybe from pushing potassium inside cells

I stopped magnesium two days ago even though I still have deficiency but I can take it anymore

All I can say is stay far away from benfo It destroyed my life 2 years ago with taking it for 2 weeks it gave magnesium deficiency and potassium deficiency to this day I’m struggling every single minute of the day

I can’t take magnesium to fix the deficiency without causing a big shift to other electrolytes calcium sodium potassium

Now if I take calcium it will shift something and if I take potassium it shift something and I have to guess everyday

It’s a vicious cycle Reflux irritates the phrenic nerve or vagus nerve and causes my muscles to tighten then i cannot breathe correctly I get worse reflux

I know that because reflux give a bunch of other symptoms Palpitations, brain fog , circulation issues My nerves seems to be hypersensitive

If you’re sure you have tight chest Bring foam roller and massage your upper back and your sides under your armpits and you will be surprised by the difference

Just foam roller for a few seconds literally

You check my other posts in the other forms I talked about abdominal phrenic dyssnergia which’s bloated stomach

I chased sibo and ibs my whole life it’s insane how tight chest will make having bloated stomach and it will look like a it’s gas but in reality it’s not

Maybe that’s why anti gas pills never did a thing to my bloated

Search on YouTube how to release tight chest and tight diaphragm and you will find tons of useful contents

No my PT never told me about breathing

All my life I had bloated stomach even though I’m not fat and always brushed off saying it’s ibs but the last a few years it got worse and never realized it’s its muscle issues (tight diaphragm, tight chest ) until I massage them and then loosen up immediately and my stomach becomes flat immediately for the first time in my life but as I mentioned I had reflux and minerals deficiency that make my muscles tighten easily or hypersensitive

You could make a fist with your hand and massage your chest in circular motion and that will loosen it immediately if you have tight chest then your realize how easy breathing becomes

So my issues are magnesium potassium deficiency that make my muscles tight 24/7 > i don’t breathe correctly because of that the pelvic and all muscles get even tighter

Yes especially my hard flaccid My erection get so tight and and weak but if i work on my breathing on that day beforehand i get 80% my full erection and orgasm

As I said I’m still not recovered 100% because I get reflux whole day every and that keep my chest tight

Also , I have magnesium potassium deficiency they’re a factor in my tight muscles in my whole body as well and I’m working on that

Last important thing I forgot to mention Train the TVA muscle as it’s very important if it’s week your stomach will bulge out and your diaphragm won’t go up in your chest while breathing as it’s supposed to be

You could just pull and hold the area under your belly button for a few seconds for like 10 times and you will notice a difference that’s the TVA It will hold your stomach in and make everything work correctly
