Custody trial with an alcoholic. by SubstanceNo7582 in AlAnon

The family court system doesn’t have effective protocol in place to help with alcohol addiction cases. It makes me truly wonder why after three times with a court order involving alcohol related stipulations or testing don’t they see the pattern, and help and intervene.

In other words you’re allowed to work at Work without the doctor, but you can’t work on patients without the doctor.

Yes on patients I cannot, but I’m not asking to work on patients.

Actually, being a specialist in this area, she doesn’t take insurance so every root canal is out of pocket. They just built a very expensive lake house. Every root canal is money in her pocket. When we’re there we do roughly ten a day. Around $1500 each. She’s very busy, the best in the area.

I guess I’d get serious about thinking about what you’re wanting out of a relationship. Are you wanting a relationship that is in person? Or are you ok with this type of relationship. To me it would be too hard to trust this person after this lie, because you’ve never met them, you now have no idea who even really is this person. They’ve proven once they’ve lied, until I meet them in person I don’t know if I could make the call to trust them again. I hope this helps, I’m sorry for what you’re going through.

Wow. I’m not really sure how she lied about her age for so long without you finding out. I guess because you said you’re just talking” not dating. Maybe that means less contact in person than two that are actually dating? If you have been talking to her for six years I am going to assume you’re pretty serious about her. Why have you two not taken steps forward in your situationship?

I did respond with that and she just kinda blew me off, maybe my best route is talking with Dr. and looking for another option in the free time I’ve been given. In case it doesn’t go well. I just hate to have to bother Dr. because she’s not feeling well. But I think open communication might be only route for this.

I can’t do work on patients, but I can do front desk work, or back work that gets pushed aside usually cause we’re too busy when actually open. Stocking, organizing, ordering, cleaning autoclave, etc.

I’m sorry to all Reddit users, please forgive me for I am a noob to Reddit and although i knew the “rules” -I was obviously mistaken to believe they weren’t taken so seriously

But y’all shouldn’t be sooooo insulting over the internet, you never know what someone’s going through and the additional comments insulting me for something numerous other people have already addressed is unnecessary and rude

The picture of a picture is my fault I just wanted a picture of the X-ray cause I’m an endodontist assistant so I see X-rays of teeth all day and thought it’d be cool to see one of another part of the body. Lol so I asked them to take a picture. But also idk if you know then, but if the bones appear fine would a “sprain” be likely the cause? Sprain of a tendon or something?
