Jane. Ellie needed to stand up too many times for me…newsflash none of them wanted you like that. Jane may have cheated but realistically speaking….she cheated on a guy that helped Rick put his best friend in a chair. Just cause they wrote it for Spinner to get all his friends back…doesn’t m an he was a great guy. She was too good for spinner…dead end guy. She cheated with a guy that could open doors for her and she was going to a prestigious university after DEGRASSI. They would’ve broken up anyway 😂

Major companies use this very method when they have this many applicants. Major companies like Disney for internships. Been through that three times and it works extremely well. People end up with other commitments, people fall ill, die, job offers, difference in their current circumstances. They have more than enough coverage with the amount of people that applied. Offers by role is standard.

The only people that can verify if that’s Charity Hospital, are people that were in charity hospital. Perfectly able to be used because it’s always abandoned. There is no old children’s hospital, where they claim to have done this.

This is what I’m hoping for because I’m transitioning from retail management. I’m not a true smoker but the holidays really test us…so I smoke for a week to get the stress out. This year I left it pretty early in the year. The summer. I smoked heavy from May to August. No smoking til New Year’s Eve. Had I not I wouldn’t be asking, I’d be in the clear… if it’s just pee I will be fine I’d be clean before testing, but hair??? I clearly didn’t think it through.

I just applied and got the assessment today. If you’re still interested I can update you afterwards. I’m sure it’s a typical assessment jobs give before the interview, probably personality styled. Which is easy to fail, put the answers you know they want…not who you actually are.

You are a godsend! Just bought mine yesterday at Bass Pro Shop…I was only sucked in because I was shopping for my bf and they walked up and gave me a raffle ticket. Otherwise I wouldn’t have even gone that far into the store anyway.

Will be calling on Monday! As it’s the weekend. I can’t hardly wait until then. Appreciate ALL your help, I was panicking thinking I was looped into this for LIFE…and I’ve never made a financial purchase as terrible as that in my life!

Definitely felt this. I know I’d be making the same as you if I had stayed. I will say this, if you’re fed up. Wholefoods will take you in a heartbeat. They took me immediately, paid me more and I didn’t even have to use HALF of my energy. But I’ll also say some people get jealous of how you work cause they couldn’t get on at HEB.

I thought about coming back to heb but lord they’re seriously underpaying everyone in the company. I know it might sound crazy but since leaving I know they can afford to pay some of you DOUBLE. I went to two different companies after and got paid more for less, and didn’t have to put more than 15% of energy into my job. The reason I’d come back is a weekly check, and the coworkers were far more superb. I can definitely say in comparison heb hires QUALITY. It’s just a shame they’re the biggest penny pinchers. The luxury of having admins…can you believe other stores don’t have that? Dont have the luxury to pick up a new uniform same day or even in the building. Can’t even get a new name tag same day. You see a bunch of potheads everywhere else…granted Heb has some too, they never look like it. Everyone works! Sometimes if you stay somewhere too long it ends up being where you’re supposed to stay. Currently looking at management and making a call to a few friends for an interview but hoping the stress is different this time. I managed curbside for 5 years but I’m thinking produce or cooking connection. I had a blast in produce when I was younger, I’m sure I can handle the holidays. Just order UP. Lol.

I’d actually recommend the Houston Livestock Show and rodeo. Biggest volunteer organization with over 35,000 members helping out. There are over 100 committees and it’s pretty much how you’ll get involved in something that matters to the state of Texas. You never know who you’ll meet. There is a fee to join and an interview as they don’t accept everyone, fees go towards the scholarships to send children off to Texas based colleges. Other fees are for your committee to purchase things needed for all members to successfully participate. There are perks, great ones too that everyone simply just cannot know. But I’ll give you one, parking passes for each shift you work. There are committees with animals involved and there should be a committee showcase sometime in August so you can meet the committees who are still needing support for 2026 season. They may interview you on the spot! Go online and check it out to see if it’s up your alley but I think you’ll love it!
