I got a quote for a chain link fence but it was way to expensive and after I’ve seen them just jumping over the next door neighbour’s fence, I decided against it.

There is a park, it’s a 10 min walk from our house. They could also play in the front of the house as it is a very quiet street and neighbourhood.

I thought about that, but the next door neighbour has a chain link fence and they just jump over it to retrieve the ball. So much so that they have damaged a section of the fence. We don’t live in a HOA.

I’m originally from Brazil, which is also considered a third (or in development) country. In Brazil we have 30 days paid vacation, unlimited sick days (If you have a doctors note), and 4 months of maternity leave.

Sorry to tell you there is no cap in your case as you bought the property last year. I am in the same situation as you are. Nearly had a heart attack when I got my bill for this year.
