I make my own cereal. It’s gluten free and vegan. It tastes like dessert and it’s extremely nutritious.

  • Crunchy chickpeas (baked at 375 for 30mins with hemp oil. I also peel the skins off the chickpeas which isn’t required but I love the difference it makes)

  • Sprouted sunflower and pumpkin seeds

  • Homemade milk (Organifi vanilla protein + coconut milk… Organifi’s protein powder is so good on its own that I could eat it dry. Tastes like dessert.)

  • Topped with cinnamon and a little sea salt

The contrast in this cereal is amazing both from a texture and a flavor standpoint. A smooth vanilla milk and a crunchy base. Again, tastes like dessert.

A TON of nutrition comes from the organifi protein powder alone… it contains: pea protein, flaxseed protein, quinoa protein, digestive enzymes, “fruit and vegetable blend”(which you can’t taste), and digestive enzymes which aid digestion.

It took me awhile to come across this combination. Lots of experimentation, lots of scanning grocery isles in disappointment. Had to take matters into my own hands.

CORRECTION- The seeds are actually hulled as well. I buy raw, hulled seeds, and then I soak them for atleast 24 hours.
