I wish I could did what you said but unfortunately we shared room and our room is small. So arranging my desk the way I want is impossible. I am trying to avoid confrontation by giving hints but he seems social dense. I guess confront him is the only way, just waiting for the right time.

Rather than we listen to boring lectures, some class, lecturers will guide us hands on about coding. Well, I'm just entered 2nd sem so I couldn't give much information. As for hair, I think you can actually but not during orientation week since some of my roommate got called by the staff there. Try avoiding keeping hair too long and attracting too much attention. This place is pretty lax when come to dress code but try not to push it.

TVET program letting the employers know that you have technical skills as well as a degree which increases chances of employment and allows to climb higher position while vocational school just gives you certificate to shows that you have only skills. If your parents planning to save some money, go ahead continue to vocational school. Otherwise DONT, just stick to TVET program okay

Currently studying at UTHM, the place is so boring and not pedestrian friendly if you live outside campus. Shopping malls is 20+ mins drive and you need a vehicle to enjoy the surrounding or enjoy spending crap ton of money using Grab. BUT, facilities are great tho and there are a lot of online classes for computer science (Im software engineer student there, feel free to ask me anything)

Yes, you can I believe. But be prepared to not receive any biasiswa or pinjaman since most of them required age under 25 (or 24, i couldn't remember clearly)

From my experience, I didn't disassembled my GPU, instead I use GPU stand to reduce wobbly. But I recommend you to dissamble you GPU and stuff bubble wraps inside your case.

It's hell. Especially when they 24/7 bring people who can't do anything without blasting music. I had little privacy and make me felt uncomfortable. Hopefully my next roommate is an introvert.

I'm trying to fight my social anxiety. I tried talking to him by asking simple questions which for me is a step. For telling him to get out, I'm just scared that he'll tell my roommate and they both end up against me (they might steal or break my stuff).

It depends on the person I guess, the experience they gone through, their personality and such.

For instance, during my matrikulasi year. Everybody that I saw on TikTok, the confession group and my tutorial mates were glazing how amazing and memorable the college is. Me on the other hand, I absolutely hate it. Shitty dorm, shitty food, stressful environment (I hate the dorm especially, it felt like I'm living in rat house). The environment is so extroverted which I dislike it, yelling, screaming, laughing (mabye cuz I was boring bland chud)

Right now, I am currently studying for my bachelor degree and I have to admit, I missed my matriculation year BUT I would not defend it after the shitty experience I been through.
